His Excellency Mr. George Muhali Imbuwa, presented his Letters of Credence to His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
His Excellency Mr. George Muhali Imbuwa, presented his Letters of Credence to His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on Friday 19th April, 2024, formally accrediting him as High Commissioner of the Republic of Zambia to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Presentation took place at the State House of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. During the bilateral talks between His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, and His Excellency, Mr. George Muhali Imbuwa, President Tinubu encouraged the High Commissioner to explore other parts of Nigeria apart from Abuja in order to identify new areas of cooperation between Zambia and Nigeria.
President Tinubu also emphasis on the need to explore news of cooperation in the Agriculture and Tourism sectors as well as the need to establish railways linkages between African countries in order to boost Tourism and Trade.
In his response, His Excellency Mr. George Muhali Imbuwa express appreciation to President Tinubu for the courtiers accorded to him by the Nigeria Government since his arrival in Nigeria. His Excellency, reaffirmed the commitment by the Zambia Government to the Federal Republic of Nigeria to continue exploring new areas of cooperation for the mutual benefit of Zambia and Nigeria.
